The services offered here are scientific, educational, and advisory only. They are NOT medical advice, do NOT create a doctor–patient relationship, and do NOT diagnose, treat, or guarantee any clinical or fertility outcome. Please read Section 4 (No Medical Advice) and Section 11 (Limitation of Liability) in full before purchasing. By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase. By using this site and the Provider's services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. The Provider & The Services

These terms govern bookings and purchases from Dr. Beatriz Rodríguez, PhD, a Clinical Embryologist and Fertility Scientist, an individual operating in her personal and independent professional capacity (the "Provider"). The Provider offers independent scientific and clinical advisory services to clients worldwide, including the Dual-Expert Case Review and Strategic Fertility Roadmap. 3. Bookings & Confirmation

Your consultation is confirmed once payment is completed. Intake information must be submitted in advance to allow case preparation. Consultations are delivered by secure video (Zoom).

4. Strict No-Medical-Advice & No Doctor–Patient Relationship Disclaimer

This section is fundamental to your agreement.

The Provider's services are advisory, scientific, and educational only. The Provider offers evidence-based analysis, interpretation, and strategy. The Provider does NOT practice medicine. The Provider does NOT diagnose conditions, prescribe, or provide treatment. Nothing the Provider provides constitutes medical advice, and no doctor–patient (or clinician–patient) relationship is created by your use of the services. The Provider's analysis does not replace your treating physician or fertility clinic. All diagnostic, medical, and treatment decisions remain solely between you and your licensed healthcare provider. You should never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information provided through the services.

Territorial limitations. You acknowledge that the Provider is a PhD research scientist and clinical embryologist, not a licensed medical practitioner in your specific local geographic jurisdiction. The advisory and educational deliverables provided do not constitute a telemedicine service or a regulated clinical telehealth encounter under the laws of your home state, province, or country. You assume full legal responsibility for securing the services of a locally licensed physician to evaluate, prescribe, or administer any clinical actions discussed during your consultative review.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Provider offers evidence-based analysis and recommendations. The Provider does not, and cannot, guarantee any specific clinical, fertility, or pregnancy outcome. Results depend on factors outside the Provider's control, including your individual biology and the care delivered by your treating physician.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are stated at checkout in US dollars and are due in full to confirm a booking. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors: website bookings via Wix Payments, and store bookings (stan.store/DrBeatrizRodriguez) via Stan / Stripe. The Provider does not store full card details.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the consultation has not yet taken place.

After this 7-day window, all sales are final and no refunds are available.

You may reschedule your consultation to another available date at no charge.

To cancel or reschedule, email beatriz@drbeatrizrodriguez.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days based on the cancellation time and the schedule above.

For Clients Residing in the EU/EEA/UK: By booking a session and submitting your clinical data for review, you explicitly request that the Provider begin performing preparatory scientific analysis before the expiration of any statutory 14-day consumer cancellation window. You acknowledge and agree that your right to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period is waived, and any subsequent cancellations or refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with the tiered cancellation policy outlined above.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the Provider — including reports, the Strategic Fertility Roadmap, digital planners, guides, and written analysis — are the Provider's intellectual property and are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publish them without the Provider's written permission.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information for case review. The quality of the analysis depends on the accuracy of what you submit. You are responsible for sharing the analysis with your treating physician and for all medical decisions.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Provider's services rely on third-party platforms (including Wix, Stan, Stripe, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Kit). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and the Provider is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.

11. Strict Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid the Provider for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Subject to the mandatory legal exclusions below, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any personal, clinical, or fertility outcomes resulting from your choices.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused directly by the Provider's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any statutory rights you possess as a consumer that cannot legally be waived by contract.

12. Governing Law & Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. The judicial forum for any dispute shall be the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Provider is domiciled, or where her registered business entity is located, at the time the dispute arises. However, regardless of your country of residence or access, if your local mandatory consumer protection laws afford you non-waivable statutory rights (including, but not limited to, the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Brazil, India, or any other jurisdiction worldwide), nothing in these Terms deprives you of those protections or of any non-exclusive right you possess under local law to bring proceedings in the competent courts of your country of residence.

13. Updates & Contact
