Fertility Advisory LLC provides independent, evidence-based educational guidance on natural fertility, IUI and IVF. Our goal is to help you better understand your options and have more informed conversations with your healthcare team.

1. Who provides your service

Dr. Beatriz Rodriguez, PhD is a fertility scientist and embryologist, not a medical doctor. She leads all client consultations.

Dr. Diana Valbuena, MD, PhD is a reproductive medicine specialist licensed to practise medicine in Spain. She is not licensed to practise medicine in the United States. She contributes to the internal educational review of your case. She does not attend client consultations or act as your treating physician.

2. What our services include

Our consultations and written reports are educational and informational. They help you understand relevant scientific evidence, explore topics related to your fertility journey, and identify questions to discuss with your healthcare team.

Our services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, test orders or individualized treatment instructions. They do not establish a doctor-patient relationship or replace medical care.

Our digital resources are also intended for educational purposes only.

3. Your medical decisions

All medical assessments and treatment decisions should be made with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Our written reports are intended to support those conversations, not to provide instructions for starting, stopping or changing treatment.

We do not guarantee pregnancy, treatment success or any particular outcome.

4. Urgent medical concerns

We do not provide emergency care, urgent medical assessments or ongoing medical monitoring. For urgent medical concerns, contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services.

5. Services outside our scope

We do not review surrogacy cases or provide legal advice. We may decline requests that fall outside our professional expertise or educational scope.

6. International services

Our services are delivered online and are offered only where permitted by applicable law. They are educational consultations, not medical telehealth appointments.

7. Privacy

Information shared with us is used to provide the requested services and may be reviewed by the professionals involved, as described in our Privacy Policy.
